Spray nonstick skillet with oil, and heat for 30
seconds. Add steak strips and stir fry for 1
minute, or until browned. Remove from sillet and
set aside.
Add shallots, garlic and peppers to skillet and cook
for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir well. Pour
in beef broth and bring to boil, reduce heat and
simmer 4 minutes.
Return beef to skillet and cook an additional 2
minutes, or until steak and vegetables are to your
taste. Add black pepper to taste.
