3 1/2 cup sweet potato, cubed (skin removed)

3 1/2 cup redskin potato, cubed

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp basil
|

1/2 tsp dried rosemary
|

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 350F (180 C).
|
|
|
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Make
sure all potatoes are well coated in oil. Spread
over cookie sheet in a single layer.

Cook for about 30 minutes, or until potatoes are
cooked through.
|
|
|
For crispier potatoes, broil for 1-2 minutes.
