|
Set out cream cheese for it to reach room temperature. When soft, whip in a bowl until light and fluffy.

Slowly add sweetened condensed milk and stir until creamy. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Stir well.

|
|
Pour into pie crust and let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
|
|
|
Add cherries for topping and serve.
