4-5 pounds of spare ribs 2/3 cup of water boil for 10 minutes

3/4 cup ketchup

1/2 cup BBQ sauce
|

3/4 cup water
|
|
1 tbsp mustard
|
|
1 tbsp vinegar
|
|
3/4 cup pineapple juice
|
|
1 tbsp of dry red wine or kiddush wine
|
|
|
|
1/2 tsp paprika
|
|
salt
|
|
pepper
|
|
3 tbsp of brown sugar
|
|
Pour over ribs
|
|
Roast @ 350 for 3-4 hours
