2 cups white large beans, soaked in water for the night
|

1/4 cup olive oil
|
|
50 gr butter
|
|
2 onions, sliced thin
|
|
4 cloves of garlic
|
|
1 grated carrot
|
|
3 cellary sticks, sliced thin
|
|
4 tomatoes
|
|
salt, black pepper, spicy paprika
|
|

8 cups water
|
|
200 gr pasta
|
|
with Parmesan cheese
|

Instructions |
|
|
in large pot heat oil, add all vegetables except
tomatoes and beans, steam for 10 min.
stir from time to time.

add tomatoes, beans, salt, pepper, paprika and
water. cook for 2 hours on small fire.
before serving add pasta and cook for another 15
min.
