Cook over med. Heat until boiling.

Boil for 1 minute. Stir in 1 c. peanut butter. Add 6 c. rice crispies.

|
Mix press into greased 9x13 pan. Melt 1 c. chocolate chips and 1 c. butterscotch chips.

|
|
Spread over top. Put in freezer until chilled. Then cut into squares.
