Warm soy sauce in small sauce pan. Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place pork chops in a gallon sized freezer bag. Pour cooled marinade over pork chops, making sure that all meat is covered with marinade. Place in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Cook on grill until desired doness.
