1/4 cup onions, chopped
|

1/4 cup celery, chopped
|

1 sm. head lettuce, pulled apart in small pieces

1 - 6 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
|

1 pkg. frozen peas,thawed, not cooked
|

2 cups mayonnaise
|
|
3 tsp. sugar
|
|
3 Tbs. parmesan cheese
|
|
3 eggs, chopped
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix onions, celery, and lettuce together
Spread on bottom of large bowl
|
|
|
Layer in following order-
water chestnuts
peas
mayonnaise
sprinkle with sugar and cheese
|
|
|
Refrigerate for 12-14 hours.
|
|
|
Just before serving, spread eggs and bacon bits on top.
