Cook chicken and bone. cool, Take meat off bones and cut up. Save 3 cups of the broth. Cook celery and noodles until done. Mix meat celery and noodles.
Make sauce-Mix broth, butter and flour. Cook until thick. Can burn easy, stir constantly. Add celery soup and salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken, noodles and celery. Put in sprayed 9 by 13 pan. Top with crushed bread or rusk crumbs.(about 4 rusk)
Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
