8 ounces shredded Monteray Jack Cheese with Jalapeno Pepper (Kraft Casino Brand)
6 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup margarine
4 egg whites
1 loaf french bread (remove crust, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes)
Instructions
Melt cheese, cream cheese, margarine on very low head. In a separate dish, beat eggs whites til peaks form.
FOLD the cooled cheese mixture into the egg whites. Dip the bread cubes into the egg white mixture and coat entire cube. Place on wax paper and freeze for at least 60 minutes.
If you are making them ahead of time, when frozen, place in a freezer bag.
To bake, grease a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen cubes on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
