In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in yogurt and vanilla. Cobine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in zucchini.
Pour into greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
For frosting, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter in a small saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Spread over warm brownies. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
