6 large potatoes peeled and diced. ( could use hash browns )
1 12oz. can corned beef hash cut into chunks
1 med. onion chopped
1 cup beef broth
Instructions
In a large deep skillet over med. heat. Combine all ingredients. Cover and simmer until potatoes are of mashing consistency, and liquid is almost gone. Mix well and serve
