1/2 c italian dressing, any kind you like ( fat free also)
2 15 oz can black beans , drained and rinsed
1/2 c chopped red onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In food processor or blender, take 1/4 cup mango with italian dressing until smooth.
In large bowl, combine the remaining mango with beans, onion and peppers, add the mango puree.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and chill until ready to serve.
