Remove crusts from bread and cube. Place half in bottom of
greased 13 X 9 baking dish. Place cheese and ham over bread
and top with the rest of the bread. Mix the rest of the ingredients
and pour over casserole. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or
overnight. Before baking, sprinkle with buttered cornflake crumbs. Bake, uncovered 50
minutes at 350. Let stand 10
minutes before cutting into squares.
