3 10 oz pkgs frozen broccoli cooked and drained or fresh broccoli chopped and cookded
3 beaten eggs
1/3 C crushed cornflakes
Instructions
In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender. Stir in flour. Add water
or milk. Cook and stir until bubbly and thick. Blend in cheese.
Remove from heat. Stir in broccoli then eggs. Transfer to casserole.
Top with cornflakes.
Bake uncovered at 325 for about 50 minute or until knife comes out
clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
