Combine graham wafer crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie plate or square cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Cool completely before filling.
Combine all filling ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Beat in 1 quart of vanilla ice cream. Pour into crust. Freeze. Let soften slightly before serving. Add a dollop of whip cream to each serving if you like.
Double for a 9x13 pan.
