8 Sweet potatoes
|
|
½ cup Sugar
|
|
½ stick melted butter
|
|
½ cup PET milk
|
|
2 eggs (beaten)
|
|
1 tsp cinnamon
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|

½ salt

|

TOPPING-
|
|
1 cup brown sugar
|
|
1/4 cup flour
|
|
½ cup chopped pecans
|
|
½ stick melted butter
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Bake sweet potatoes at 450 for 1 hour, peel and cut.
|
|
|
Add sugar, butter, milk, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Mix well and place in casserole dish.
|
|
|
Mix brown sugar, flour, chopped pecans, and butter - place on top of casserole. !
|
|
|
Bake at 350 for ½ hour. Y’all will love this one
