2, 8-oz packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup (4 oz or 8 Tbsp) butter, at room temp
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cornstarch and powdered sugar. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add the sugar-cornstarch mixture and vailla, beat until frosting is smooth. Chill bowl in refrigerator until it thickens back up a bit, about 30 minutes.
Spread on Peach Brown Sugar Cake.
