Place cooke dough scored side down on the bottom of a greased 9 in springform pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and choc bake until well blended. Add whipped topping; stir until just blended.
Spoon over cookie crust; smooth top. Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired; refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Remove side of pan.
