Throw all the ingredients in a food processor (I used the small Ninja bowl) and process til salmon is finely chopped and all ingredients are mixed well. Spoon mixture out and make small patties (I ended up with 5). Small means they're more likely to stay together. And they did, perfectly.
Heat a 12 inch non-stick pan on med. to med-hi heat. Spray with some PAM. Place the patties in the pan and saute one side until golden, then flip and saute the other side. This took about 2-3 mins. a side.
4. Serve. I topped them with 1 tbsp. of Hellman's Light Mayo, since there is so little fat in the proteins used, which I divvied up between the patties.
