Preheat oven to 450. Arrange chicken in large baking dish. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add broth. Bake 30-35 minutes until done. Set aside to cool
Chop chicken into chunks and shred. In large bowl toss chicken, celery, and grapes until well mixed.
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat.
Chill at least 1 hour.
