Pour 4/5 of the milk into a pot.

Mix custard powder and sugar(and egg if desired)inot the remainin g milk.MIx throughly and completely.Stir into the pot.

|
Heat over medium/high heat unitl custard starts to boil and thickens, stir constantly.
|
|
|
Remove form heat, add optional items if desired.
|
|
|

Put in the freezer after custard has cooled. eat cold.
