1/2 c (1/2 a 250 gram tub) herb and garlic ream cheese spread
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook the pasta add broccoli for the last 3 min to blanch if using fresh. Meanwhile cook tomatoes in a large skillet on med high heat for 5 min to decrease the liquid. Add cream cheese and continue to cook 3-5 min.
Drain pasta and add to the tomato mixture.
Could use penne and I have added shrimp at the end as well. Also the addition of fresh garlic at the end is great
