|
-Microwave-
Microwave chocolate in small microwavable bowl as directed on pkg. Stir until completely melted. Blend in extract.

-Dip-
Dip crackers in melted chocolate, completely coating crackers with chocolate. Carefuly scrape off excess chocolate. Place on wax covered plates; sprinkle with crushed candy.

|
-Refrigerate-
Refrigerate 30 min or until chocolate is firm. Makes 35 or about 12 servings, 3 coated crackers each.

|
-Variation-
For a chocolat peanut butter twist. Omit pepprmint extract and candy. Spread each cracker with a thin layer of peanut butter before dipping into the melted chocolate.
