combine oil, vinegar, 1 tsp garlic, oregano and half
the salt and pepper. brush over flank steak and let
marinate on plate for 10 min. Heat stovetop grill
pan over medium heat
Mix yogurt, cucumber, mint and remaining garlic. Add
remaining salt and pepper
Grill steak 6-7 minutes per side (140 degrees). Heat
remaining oil in pan on medium-high heat and saute
onions and peppers for about 8 minutes.
Thinly slice steak across the grain. top each with
lettuce leaves, peppers, onions and some yogurt
sauce. Roll wraps around filling. Wrap in parchment
or foil to keep warm.
