In soup pot sautee onion, carrots, celery and garllic in olive oil until onions are transparent.
Add broth, water, potatoe, bay leaf, celery seed, basil, thyme, liquid smoke, and rinsed peas. Bring to boil reduce heat, cover and cook until tender approximately 1.5 hours.
