Put in a large kettle and boil lightly for 10 min. approx. Cover with a lid and let cool overnight in the pot at room temp.
Put in freeze bag with the juice and freeze. I put 2 cups in each bag. Enough for 4 people.
To eat just heat slowly until completely thawed. Add a little butter and salt an pepper and it is ready. If you add salt when processing do not add any on reheating
