Onions sliced thin, fry till golden brown
Add-
Raisins and lightly fry
Apricots and lightly fry
Walnuts fry and lightly fry
Prunes and lightly fry
Add- Sugar, honey, water and juice of lemons and cook till it thickens slightly - like honey.
It will thicken when it cools.
Serve on rice or bulgar.
Good with chicken and meat.
It makes allot so you can package it to smaller sizes and freeze it.
