Instructions |

MIX FLOUR, OIL, SUGAR, FRUIT COCKTAIL AND HALF CAN
OF PINEAPPLE TOGETHER.

PUT OTHER HALF OF PINEAPPLE ON BOTTOM, SAVING A FEW
PIECES FOR THE TOP OF THE CAKE

POUR MIXTURE IN BAKING DISH, ADD REST OF PINEAPPLE
AND SOME COCONUT (SHREDDED) ON TOP.

BAKE AT 350 FOR 30-45 MINUTES. WHEN FINISHED ADD
MORE SHREDDED COCONUT ON TOP, THEN SERVE WHEN
COOLED.
