1 (3 1/2 to 6-pound) fully cooked boneless or shank or butt half, spiral-sliced ham
1 cup apple cider - divided use
4 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons spicy mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place ham in shallow
roasting pan in oven.
Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch with 2
tablespoons of the apple cider in a small saucepan.
Add remaining apple cider, mustard and cloves and
bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
Pour glaze over ham in oven and baste ham
occasionally with this mixture until ham is heated
through, about 45 minutes to an hour.

Serve with green beans almondine and roasted winter squash.
