Combine nectar and cornstarch in small bowl; mix
until smooth.

Cook carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes or
until crisp-tender; drain.
|

Return to pan and add honey, butter and salt. Add
nectar mixture and cook over low heat for 5 minutes
or until apricot glaze is thickened.
