3 large potatoes, baked

1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
|

3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
|

1 teaspoon salt
|

1-1/4 teaspoons black pepper
|

1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
|
|
1/3 cup sour cream
|
|
1 cup milk
|
|
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions |
|
|
Cut each fully baked potato in half lengthwise. Scoop inside of potatoes into a large bowl, setting aside potato skins.
|

Add remaining ingredients to bowl. Mix until creamy. Spoon mixture into reserved potato skins and bake 20-30 minutes at 450 degrees.
