2 cans (6 ounces each) tuna, packed in water, drained
2 Tblsp unbleached flour
1/4 cup low-fat milk
Instructions
Prepare noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside.
In a 2 quart saucepan mix broth, peas, celery, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Simmer on low. Add tuna.
Meanwhile, in a covered container, shake flour with milk to prevent lumps. Add to tuna mixture, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
