For the 1st Layer-
Mix the flour, butter and chopped nuts. MIx and spread into a 13 x
9 pan and bake at preheated 375F oven for 20 minutes. Cool
completely!

For the 2nd Layer-
Mix the cream cheese through the cool whip. Spread over
completely cooled 1st layer.

|
|
For the 3rd Layer-
Mix together the cold milk and instant pudding packages. Spread
over the cream cheese layer.
|
|
|
Put cool whip over the entire thing and garnish with chopped nuts if
desired. Chill and serve once chilled!
