3lbs. baked sweet potatoes, flesh scooped out
|
|
1/2c. milk
|
|
1/2c. sour cream
|
|
4T. brown sugar, divided in half
|
|
1/2t. cinnamon
|

1/4t. nutmeg
|
|
1/2c. chopped pecans (use oats as allergy option)
|

2T. melted butter
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix sweet potato flesh, milk sour cream and
2T. of the brown sugar until mixed. Turn out into a buttered
baking dish.

Mix remaining brown sugar through melted butter and sprinkle on
top.
|
|
|
Bake until heated through and bubbling on top.
