Mix all ingredients except for mayo and garlic in crock pot. Cook on high all day (8
hours). Tear apart with fork 1 hour before serving. Leave in crock pot with juice.
Alternatively, can be cooked in the oven at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
Mix mayo and garlic together and let sit for 8 hours while roast is cooking to create a
garlic aoili. Serve with meat on slider buns or regular buns. Double or triple ingredients
for larger crowds.
