In a large pot, stir together sugar and corn syrup and bring to a slow boil over medium (not
higher) heat. Watch the pot carefully and don't let it boil too long; otherwise, your bars will
get hard. The minute you see the mixture start to bubble, remove it from the heat.
Stir in peanut butter. When the peanut butter is totally combined with the sugar and corn
syrup, add the Rice Krispies. Once the Rice Krispies have been incorporated into the mixture,
pour it into a 9x13, lightly greased, pan.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine the two kinds of chips. Heat in the microwave for 2
minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mixture is creamy and easy to pour on top of the
Rice Krispie mixture. You may need more or less than 2 minutes. Just watch the mixture
carefully. Make sure you use fresh chips.
