Chop the dates and soak in some of the wine for at least an hour or overnight.
Pulverize the date/wine mixture to a pulp. Stir in the remaining wine, oil, honey, and bouillion in a pan, bring to a boil and allow to simmer untill reduced to less than half or desired consistenty. Add a little corn starch to thicken if needed.
Add small amount of pepper and at least a tsp of salt or more to taste.
