Mix eggs, milk, vanilla, sugar, and cinnamon on a
plate (easiest for even dipping).
Heat pan over low heat and spray with nonstick
cooking spray.
Dip texas toast in batter on both sides (do NOT soak
the bread - quick drop in, flip, and take out works
the best) and put in pan. 5 minutes per side on low
heat.
Plate french toast. Add butter, sprinkle with extra
cinnamon and sugar and then top with maple syrup.
