In large mixing bowl, mix oats, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, peanuts, crasins, raisins, and cinnamon. Set aside. Prepare 9 x 13 pan, by lining with parchment paper sprayed with cooking spray.
In saucepan, combine butter, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Stir constantly over medium heat until mixture simmers. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Pour sauce over dry ingredients. Stir well. Pour into pan, cover with another piece of parchment paper and press firmly. COol in pan. Cut into pieces.
