Melt butter. Mix graham crumbs and icing sugar
together. Add melted butter and peanut butter. Mix
and press firmly into a sprayed (cooking spray)
pan. Melt chocolate chips in a pot or double
boiler. Spread melted chips over peanut butter
mixture. Chill in the refrigerator. Remove from
fridge and let warm to room temperature. Cut into
squares (if chocolate splinters or breaks, it is
too cold--let warm longer) and return to fridge to
cool. Good served frozen also.
