Beat eggs 5 minutes. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend/or fold in pumpkin and lemon juice. Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread in greased 15x10x1 pan. (I also line w/ parchment paper). Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn onto towel sprinkled w/ powdered sugar. Roll up and cool completely.
Filling-
Beat untile smooth. Spread on cooled cake. Roll back up. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar before serving. Refrigerate.
