5 drops of lemon concentrate or juice of 1/2 lemon
3 T red wine vinegar
1 egg yolk (cold)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in large measuring cup and blend with hand mixer. Should be thick. Store in fridge until needed. Use this dressing with, romaine lettuce, sprinkled parmesan and croutons.
