Mix all ingredients well but the sugar and water.
|

|
Use a water tight form that can submerge in water.
Add to form 3 tbsp sugar and a little bit of water and heat it on the stove so sugar can caramelize!

Pour mix on top of caramelized sugar. Secure top of container (make sure it's water tight) and submerge into a larger pot with boiling water for ca. 50min.
Let pot dance.

|
Pull container out of larger pot, remove lid, place a desert plate on top and reverse positions so that flan sits on top of plate while removing container.
