Brown onions and vegetable oil in pan. In a brown paper bag mix
black pepper, paprika, salt, and flour. Shake chicken in the bag and
add to the onions and vegetable oil. Cook chicken until outsides
turn white and then remove from the pan
Add tomato juice, bay leaves, vinegar, and sour cream to the pan.
Cook until completely blended. Add chicken. Simmer on low with a
pot cover.
