Whisk together cocoa and water. Stir in butter
and vanilla. In another bowl beat egg yolks 10
seconds gradually add 6 tbsp sugar. Beat high
speed 4 minutes scoop 1/2 cup of yolks and add to
cocoa mixture whisk until smooth. Gently fold
cocoa mixture into yolk mixture. Beat egg whites
on high for 1 minute. Gradually beat in 6 tbsp
sugar until firm. Fold in half whites then rest
of whites. Pour batter into a 11 X 17 greased pan
and bake for about 18 minutes at 350 F.
