Unroll dough on slightly floured surface. {at into 14 x 12 in rectangle. Sprinkle with mozerrela and cheddar cheese to within 1/2 inch of edge. Layer with salami and ham.
Roll up tightly like a jelly roll, starting from the short sidee. Pinch seam to seal. Place seam side down on ungreased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
Bake at 375 degree for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting. Serve warm.
