In frying pan cook 6 slices of bacon until crisp. Lift out bacon &
remove all but 2 Tbls. of the fat.
Add 2 cloves fresh pressed garlic & the onion.
Cook until limp. Add the zucchini and peppers, stir over medium
heat until tender crisp.
Add tomatoes, 2 Tbls. basil & parsley. Cook stirring
until hot or desired crispness. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 10-12 oz. fresh or 8 ozs. dry fettuccine or favorite pasta
according to pkg., drain, spoon sauce over hot pasta, sprinkle with
bacon, mix lightly, top with parmesan cheese.
