Boil potatoes but add 2 tsp salt and the parsley stems to your potato water,cookuntil tender. Cook bacon while potatoes are cooking, drain and crumble bacon. In a small saucepan add 2 cups water with bouillon and onion cook until tender. Set aside. Once potatos done drain and cut into quarters place in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and mustard. Mix. The add onion mixture to potato slowly, dont want to add to much. Then stir all together.
