Heat 1/4 cup oil in skillet over medium heat; Add
garlic and saute until golden brown. Strain oil in
glass measuring cup; reserve garlic. Add more oil to
measure 1/4 cup again.
Cook linguine al dente. Heat remaining oil in
skillet and saute chicken for 5 minutes. Add
poblanos and saute 2 minutes. Add tomatoes basil,
prosciutto and garlic until chicken is cooked.
Remove from heat
Add butter and stir until melted. Put linguine,
chicken mixture and 1/2 cup Parmesan in large bowl
and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with remaining basil, garlic and Parmesan.
